By accessing or purchasing from SW Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Research Use Only
ALL products sold by SW Labs are strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. By purchasing any product, you unconditionally agree that:
• Products will only be used for legitimate scientific research in an appropriate laboratory setting.
• Products will NOT be used for human or animal consumption, self-experimentation, or any therapeutic purpose.
• You are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution.
• You comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from SW Labs. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and all other eligibility requirements.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
SW Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
6. No Medical Advice
Nothing on the SW Labs website or provided by our team constitutes medical advice. SW Labs does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic recommendations.
7. Compliance with Laws
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their purchase and use of SW Labs products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. SW Labs accepts no liability for any illegal use of products.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We will investigate and address genuine quality or fulfilment issues on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for any concerns.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal processes.
