REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the specialised nature of research compounds and strict handling requirements, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and payment is received.

We are unable to accept returns of research compounds under any circumstances, as we cannot verify storage conditions or integrity once a product has left our facility.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, incorrectly packed, or does not match your order confirmation, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Telegram.

You will be required to provide:

• Your order reference code (SWL-XXXXXX)

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

• A description of the issue

We will assess each case individually and, where a genuine error is confirmed, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us via Telegram with your reference code. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

SW Labs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers, however we will work to resolve any genuine non-delivery situations fairly.

Orders may only be cancelled before payment is confirmed and dispatching has commenced. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via Telegram with your reference code.

Orders paid via bank transfer are held for up to 48 hours awaiting payment confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be released and the order cancelled.

Funds transferred for a cancelled order (e.g. stock became unavailable before payment cleared) will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the originating account.

SW Labs supplies products strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes. We accept no liability for outcomes arising from misuse or use outside of a legitimate research context. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of research outcomes.
